Direct Sellers Agreement & Network Marketing Guidelines
1. Subscription Validity & Referral Link Generation
Generation, display, and distribution of personal referral links is strictly contingent upon holding an active paid subscription tier (1 Month at ₹500, 2 Months at ₹1000, 3 Months at ₹1500, 4 Months at ₹1950, 5 Months at ₹2400, or 6 Months at ₹2850). If a subscription expires without renewal, the referral link will be locked, and downline commission accretion will be paused until renewal.
2. Multi-Level Commission Structure
Commissions are earned strictly upon successful subscription purchases made by associates in your matrix downline:
- Level 1 (Direct Referrals): 20% commission on tier purchase price.
- Level 2 (Indirect Referrals): 10% commission on tier purchase price.
- Level 3 (Tier 3 Referrals): 5% commission on tier purchase price.
3. Mandatory KYC Compliance
Associates must submit authentic Indian PAN and Bank Account details corresponding to their legal name. Submitted documents (Aadhaar and PAN) will be verified by administration. Accounts with fraudulent or falsified documentation are subject to immediate termination.
4. Anti-Spam & Ethical Marketing
Associates must promote NexusCrown through legitimate channels. Sending unsolicited bulk SMS, automated social media spam, or making exaggerated income claims ("get-rich-quick") is strictly prohibited.
5. Income & Earnings Disclaimer
NexusCrown MLM makes no guarantee of earnings. Commission figures depend entirely on personal sales performance, leadership efforts, team duplication, and market conditions. This is a legitimate direct selling platform and not an investment scheme.
